This presentation covers Fair Housing and addresses the Best Fair Housing Practices for Building Stronger Relationships With Buyers, Sellers, and the Community. This training is designed for those new to the housing industry as well as experienced housing professionals wishing to learn about current issues affecting fair housing laws. Also, the training assists nonprofit client-based or service-based organizations that assist individuals who may be subject to housing discrimination.

Familial Status (Six Common Mistakes)
Gain a better understanding of the fair housing laws, and protections for individuals based on familial status. It is illegal to discriminate in the sale or rental of housing, including against individuals seeking a mortgage or housing assistance, or in other housing-related activities based on a protected group. This training is focused on familial status housing discrimination as well as discussion on best practices.
